My friend, Yasmine, has this "tag" on her blog. It's truly self-inflicted, because by participating in the tag, you are tagging yourself. Here's how it works:
1. Leave a comment on this post about a memory you have with me, whether it seems significant or not. (Sometimes the most insignificant memories are the best!) Seriously. ANY memory.
2. If you have a blog, do the same on yours. (TAG!)
3. You can also leave a memory about Jared...
I remember hearing ALL ABOUT Jared but not actually meeting him until that weird play reading of that bizarre DADA show... I can't remember what it was called. I was SO glad to meet this boy I had heard about!
ReplyDeleteI was thinking about our drive to AZ when Hunter was only 7 months old. That seems like YEARS ago... wait, it was! How lucky that we had a little girl trip before you were off and married and we both had kids to keep our time/money occupied. You haven't stopped traveling since!
ReplyDeleteI remember hanging out at your house one day. We were watching a movie or something but the part I really remember was that we were all sitting under blankets. It was a beautiful hand crocheted blanket and you said you really liked it because it didn't get too hot - the cold pockets were the best.
ReplyDelete:)
Greg's memory: When you and Jared came and visited Atlanta and dumped babysitting duties on me. That was the first time I ever babysat by myself. [note from wife: Thanks for doing that. I got to see how well he does with a crying baby. He did marry me, so probably all of our children will be good criers.]
ReplyDeleteLara's memory: "Still, Still, Still", Sherwood chapel, lots of people in the audience including Julie Rivers and Pam Rector, an uncontrollable giggle fit, Mom's wrath which is still going...need I say more?
I remember how we used to keep warm in our apartment by turning on the oven and opening it up and standing by it. Those were the days huh!
